Mission

The America - Israel Economic Forum brings together diverse groups to provide the business community as well as the general public with educational programs about Israel’s economy and the benefits of conducting business in and with Israel and other foreign countries. AIEF educates the community about Israel and its role in the world, its importance to the development of technology, the promotion of democracy and, of course, the hope of stabilization in the Middle East.

Resolution

Whereas Business, professional and academic leaders in the Quad Cities region are committed to the value of trade and investment between the State of Israel and the Quad Cities, educating the community on the advantages of doing business with Israel, and are committed to capitalizing on this potential for the mutual benefit of the Quad Cities region and the State of Israel.  

Therefore the Board of Directors of the America - Israel Economic Forum hereby establishes the America - Israel Economic Forum Quad Cities Advisory Board which will have the responsibility of:

  • Building an understanding in the Quad Cities region of the Israeli culture and business climate; 

  • Developing relationships and awareness of the Quad Cities region with regional, national and international Israeli organizations;

  • Hosting Israeli business, technology and R&D leaders in the Quad Cities and bridging the geographic gap separating business from ideas and opportunities; 

  • Presenting events, seminars, and educational missions to foster sharing of ideas and information between the Quad Cities and the State of Israel.
